The Pierce Country Day Camp is pleased to announce that we have become certified by the Board of Regents of The University of the State of New York to offer a four credit college course entitled Working with Children in Recreational Settings.

This exciting new opportunity is now available to all Pierce summer staff entering their Senior Year of High School as well as to all of our college level students. High School students will gain college credit through their High School’s Advanced Placement (AP) course work.

This accreditation is sponsored by the National Program on Non Collegiate Sponsored Instruction (PONSI).

Any staff members interested in enrolling in this college level course offering should contact Neal Morgenroth our Co-Director and Ponsi Professor who will be glad to share with you the course requirements, dates etc.

We hope that you will take advantage of this wonderful free staff benefit.

If you have any questions in this regard please feel free to call upon us.

Best Personal Regards,

Doug Pierce, Forrester Pierce, & Neal Morgenroth
